Method of Payment
A $100 deposit per person is all that is needed to reserve your vacation. Once your deposit is received, Hilton Head Golf Vacations will email you: confirmed accommodations and tee times, directions, and recommendations for restaurants in the Hilton Head area. The balance is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation and Refunds
Any golf package may be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival date less a $25 (per person) administrative fee. Cancellation received within 30 days of the arrival are subject to the first day accommodations and golf fee. No refunds on portions of golf package not used. Refunds because of inclement weather are at the discretion of the golf courses.
We encourage you to make your reservations at least 90 days in advance. In most cases, we can reserve your tee times within 30 minutes of the time you request.
Most courses will allow replays for cart fees, usually $30 – $45 per person, on a space available basis. Not available at all courses.
For groups of 24 or more, the group organizer will receive a 50% reduction. Certain restrictions apply.
Golf Course Dress Codes
All golfers are expected to abide by standard dress codes. Tank tops, t-shirts, blue jeans, cut-offs, and hard-soled shoes are not permitted on the golf courses. Most golf courses have converted to “soft spikes” so be prepared. Please note: Most courses do not allow personal coolers.
Peak Periods & Special Events
Spring and fall are Hilton Head islands peak golf times. The MCI Heritage of Golf is in April every year. Please reserve your golf vacation early.
Many properties have meeting space available that is often no charge depending on the number of rooms reserved. Please ask our golf specialist for details.
